MANGROVE CONSERVATION
Mangrove forests play an unparalleled role in coastal defense, biodiversity enhancement, food security and climate mitigation. Our community is protecting, conserving and restoring mangroves to secure a safer future for both people and nature.
The Earth Focus Initiative is proud to support multiple mangrove projects around the globe.

MANGROVE RESTORATION IN BELIZE
Waterways (CARRIBEAN)
Project Mangrove strengthens Belize's climate resilience and improves sanitation issues by equipping educators, students, and local communities with the knowledge and hands-on skills to protect and restore mangrove ecosystems, which are critical for coastal protection, biodiversity, and healthy coral reefs. Educator camps empower participants to bring conservation practices back to their schools and communities, helping drive long-term stewardship and prevent the loss of mangrove habitat.
