Planet Indonesia is focusing on reducing deforestation and poaching in the Arabella-Schwanner Forest Complex, home to the world’s largest orangutan population. Efforts to date have led to a 30 percent increase in harvest rates and a dramatic reduction in the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
